The process was flawless! We couldn't be happier. The house was better than the pictures looked like. We had our home delivered by Superior Mobile Movers and that was spectacular. They made it work and put it on the dime!!!Zachary was truly a pleasure to work with. We drove 7 hours to go see the house and Zachary made it smooth as silk. the follow up has been stellar as well. I wish there were more stars to give.

Champion Homes has a good reputation in the area, and came highly recommended by others. I worked with Russ Thomas throughout the process of purchasing our home, and the man is exceptionally good to work with. He guided us on two site tours, and was always available by telephone and e-mail to answer my many questions as we researched various home models. Once we had selected our home, he made the purchase smooth and pleasant. Call Champion, and ask for Russ!

Factory Expo and Zachary are the best! I've been in the process of choosing and purchasing a manufactured home for months now. After much research, I decided to visit Factory Expo Home Center in McMinnville. I was not disappointed. Zachary and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. Zachary made the selection process easy and helped me to choose the perfect upgrades to achieve the home I wanted without breaking my budget. We're still in process, so I'll be sure to add updates. At this point, Zachary and Factory Expo have earned my trust and respect. I'm certain I'll be overjoyed when I receive my new home!

Beautiful homes and the best service ever! It can be daunting buying a new home. Shane made the whole experience easy and painless. They have homes for every budget. The construction and upgrades are great quality and make for a beautiful home that is perfectly designed for each family. I would highly recommend Factory Expo in McMinnville. It has been a wonderful experience ordering my Skyline ,Rivergrove Manufactured Home through NorthWestFactory DirectHomes, although only 822 sq ft it has everything and more for such a small home. I started working with Russ Thomas back in July of 2020 , he has helped me though all the stages I needed to finally be able order the home of my dreams. Even suggesting things I had not thought of. He has even been sending me pictures of my finished home, since, due to inclement weather, my site prep is yet to be completed. The kitchen I have ordered , has the quality and look I wanted for the county feel, I was hoping for. I have attached a picture - it’s beautiful. It all began on January 11th, 2020 (Pre-COVID) ... We spent the weekend picking out our dream home with Mr. Russ Thomas as our Tour Guide and Trusted Advisor 😊.We got everything all figured out and said our thank yous and goodbyes as we came all the way from Kelso, WA to meet with Russ after he sweetened the deal by giving us a room for the night 😊.The guy was so amazing he even got us dessert after dinner 😂.We had an amazing time with Russ & Connie throughout this whole process and couldn't be happier with our Dream Home in GOD'S COUNTRY 😊.Thank YOU first and foremost to GOD that orchestrated this from the very beginning and brought so many wonderful people together to make this couple super excited to call this place HOME 🏡 😇💞Thank You Russ and Your Entire Team ... Last year we purchased a large manufacture home, Woodway model - 2223 sf, with Zachary and we were very happy... Jaden and Connie was also helping us throughout this process at different stages. They work great as a team. We are in the process to purchase a second one next year, a Shaniko model this time. I would give 5 star to Zachary, Connie & Jaden. Our experience with Factory Expo, and specifically Russ Thomas, was outstanding. We ordered a home which required substantial and complex modifications to meet our specifications. Russ flawlessly managed every detail of our order, provided knowledgeable, thoughtful advice and recommendations, and communicated frequently throughout the entire process from initial design, order, construction, and delivery. Russ left no detail to question, readily explained the entire process and answered every question to our full satisfaction. In addition, Russ worked tirelessly to ensure we received the absolute best value through researching any and all possible discounting available, saving us several thousand dollars.If you aren't a general contractor, Russ also has an extensive list of contractors throughout the greater PNW region, one of which we selected, which substantially eased the coordination of permitting, site development, delivery, set up, and other construction efforts.Purchasing and installing a manufactured home is stressful, but in my view and experience, you can't find a better rep than Russ and his Factory Expo team, including Connie and Jaden, to make the entire process as smooth as possible.

We have purchased two homes from Zachary at Factory Expo, and the process has been great. We made floor plan changes both times without issue, and the first house (Micro- as pictured) was delivered as ordered. It was perfect for our small lot. Our second home is currently in production. The pricing is straightforward per the options sheet, and he actually saved us money a couple of times by suggesting different options. We had a couple of warranty items with Syline and they also were amazing to work with. Very responsive, and the tech in our area was out within a couple of days and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend Factory Expo and Zachary.

I read all the bad reviews about Zac and felt I had to share my experience because I thought it was rather positive. My wife and I stopped in to look at homes for our a lot we plan to develop. Zac was kind and thoughtful of our situation and responded to our needs.We haven't moved to the purchase part but I thought Zac adequately explained the dangers of purchasing a home factory direct and we have planned out the home we want with a put down a deposit so we can keep the sale price.Zac was a little bit "salesy" if you will but he is a sales person, it's literally his job to push the sale. I felt like he was honest and transparent about our options. Both me and my wife had a great experience so far with Zac and factory expo homes. We are looking forward to our new home.
